These are the terms and conditions applying to the use of the website of AI Research Limited, a Hong Kong company ("we" or "us" or the "Company").

2. Use of the web site on these Terms

All use of this website (the "Site") and the downloading, copying or other use of any information from the Site is on the terms and conditions set out below (the "Terms"). By accessing any part of the Site, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms you must cease use of the Site immediately.

You may print and keep a copy of these Terms for the purposes of reviewing and accepting them. The Terms are a legal agreement between you and us and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the Terms at our discretion by changing them on the Site.

You may link to the Site's homepage subject to the following conditions: that you do not remove, alter or distort our logo; you do not create a frame, border or other browser environment around the Site; you do not imply that we endorse any products or services other than our own; you do not misrepresent your relationship with us nor present any false information about us; you do not link from a website that is not owned by you; your website does not contain content that is distasteful, offensive, controversial, infringes any third-party rights or does not comply with applicable law or regulations.

For the avoidance of doubt, you may not 'deep' link to any other page on our Site. We reserve the right to revoke permission to link to the Site at our sole discretion.

Your right to privacy is important to us. We are keen to strike a fair balance between your personal privacy and ensuring you obtain full value from the services we may be able to market to you. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these terms shall prevail.

10. Legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution

The law of Hong Kong shall apply to these Terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with the Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. The place of performance shall be Hong Kong. We make no warranty or guarantee that the Site or information available over it complies with laws other than those of Hong Kong.
