Management

Over the past 20 years, Tobi Doeringer has founded and managed companies in the IT, consulting, real estate, trade, production, entertainment and leisure sectors, some of which are now grouped under the umbrella of Vabella Limited.

Mr. Doeringer is also a Director of Mascotte Industrial Associates (HK) Limited, a publicly traded manufacturing company founded by a family member. His studies at the Frankfurt International School with over 60 different nationalities enable Mr. Doeringer to identify and clarify the cultural subtleties in his international consulting function.

Mr. Doeringer continued his studies at the Lancaster University Management School in the UK and the Otto Beisheim School of Management (WHU) in Germany with his own retail marketing and real estate management, before concentrating on Asia and moving to Hong Kong in the mid-90s.

Mr. Doeringer is a full member of the Hong Kong Management Association, a fellow at the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, and charter president of the Rotary Club of Shouson Hill.
